If you have a Monroe Clinic MyChart and don’t have an SSM Health MyChart account: a new SSM Health MyChart account will be automatically created for you on March 4, 2022. You can log in using your Monroe Clinic MyChart username and password. If your username is not available, your username will be the same with the addition of ‘.MC’ at the end. MyChart sends information through a secure interoperability network between healthcare providers, not over the internet. After March 12,2022 you will be able to refill your prescriptions online through an online refill prescription form . Can I still do video visits with my provider? Yes. Rather than receiving a link from your provider, you’ll be able to connect with them through your SSM Health MyChart account. Need help setting up for your first video visit? Can I have proxy access for another patient in SSM Health’s MyChart? Yes. Depending upon the scenario, you may need to request access. Existing Monroe Clinic patients who have proxy access: access will be automatically transferred.
